Just yesterday we posted some leaked renders and more info on the Mi 5 and today, some of the real renders have come out and they seem to match with the previous leaked renders, but not the one leaked by “Zaeke.” The press renders which came out today are in many colors.
According to the latest specs leak, the Mi 5 is going to sport a Snapdragon 820, have a 5.2″ either FHD or QHD screen. The device will also have a metal frame, 2.5D glass on top of the display and on the back it is being said that it’ll feature even a more curved “3D” glass. And there will also be a USB Type-C port with Quick Charge 3.0 support. It will have a 16MP rear camera and a 13MP front-facing camera when it comes to the shooters.
For the juice, it will have a 3600mAh battery and will also have dual-SIM functionality. And when it comes to the software, it’ll be running Android Marshmallow-based MIUI 7 straight out of the box.
There will be two variants of the device: 3GB RAM/32GB ROM variant will cost you CNY1,999 (Or $309 according to the current exchange rates) and for the 4GB RAM/64GB ROM variant, it’ll cost you CNY2,299 (Or $355 according to the current exchange rates).
