Two new Xiaomi Mi phones have been spotted on the China’s TENAA regulatory agency website named as the “Mi 2015811” and the “Mi 2015812” which obviously is not going to be the official names of the phones.
According to Tech Web on Weibo, the Mi 2015811 is the Redmi 3. The device will be having a 5″ TFT display with a resolution of 720×1280. Moving on to the specs park, under the hood this device is going to sport a 1.5GHz octa-core processor paired with 2GB of RAM and has 16GB internal storage on-board. For the shooters, it’ll have either an 8MP or a 13MP rear camera with a 5MP front-facing selfie snapper.
For the software side, it’ll come with Android 5.1 Lollipop pre-installed. The Mi 2015811 is 8.5mm thick and weighs 143g and will be offered in Silver, Gold and Gray variants.
The other device which was spotted on TENAA was the Mi 2015812. This one comes with a 5.5″ TFT display with a resolution of 1920×1080. Under the hood, it sports a Snapdragon 808 SoC which means that it has an hexa-core CPU clocked at 1.8GHz and paired with 2GB of RAM. For the shooters, it’ll also have either an 8MP or a 16MP rear camera with a 5MP selfie snapper.
This device also comes with Android 5.1 Lollipop pre-installed. The Mi 2015812 is 8.7mm thick and weighs 166g and will also be offered in Silver, Gold and Gray.
