For this, weeding should be done 20 days after planting the seeds. After that, it should be kept hoeing at an interval of 15 to 20 days, and soil should also be applied to the roots of the plants at the time of hoeing so that it does not fall on the weight of the plants.
About 40 to 50 days after transplanting, every type of lady’s plant is ready for Harvesting. The fruit becomes bitter after ripening, and yield is lost. Harvesting is appropriate in the evening, so it will remain fresh till the next day.
The farmer’s brother can earn well with less expenditure by doing the crop of lady’s finger. Its average yield is 10 to 15 tonnes per hectare according to different varieties. This way, one can earn one and a half to two lakh per hectare by cultivating a lady’s finger.
